Bright and early this morning, Andrea packed her styling tools and headed over to the St. John’s Center on the West Highway to begin prep for the Jason Wu show. She later reported that this show was considerably bigger than yesterday’s, with over 40 models on board. Not surprisingly, more backstage chaos ensued as the Kerastase team produced flawless slicked-back high ponytails (not as easy as it sounds, especially since many of the ponytails had to be created and added on to the hair of the models), and the makeup teams added dramatic eyes and heavy liner to complete the look. This perfectly complimented the clothing of designer Jason Wu which was rich in texture and tapesty with velvet, tassels and beads. Stay tuned for backstage pics!
